On December 31st, 2025, Village Travel closed on the purchase of Red River Trailways based in Shreveport, LA.
Village Travel is new to the Shreveport and Bossier Louisiana area and was welcomed by our longtime friends at Red River Trailways when they decided it was time to retire.
Village Travel serves area colleges like Centenary, LSU Shreveport and Bossier Parish Community College, along with most primary schools in the area. We specialize in faith-based travel along with church camp transportation. We take great pride in moving our nation’s military coast to coast and supporting FEMA’s efforts in keeping the fine folks of Louisiana safe in the event of a hurricane.
