What kind of groups can take custom group tours?
Any group can coordinate a custom tour! The only limit is that in order to operate we require a booking group of at least 30 passengers! We have curated custom group tours for Church Groups, Colleges, Senior Living Homes, Schools, Company groups, etc.
Will there be a Village tour director?
Yes! One of our professional Drivers and Tour Directors will be with you to ensure that you experience all the benefits of one of our normal group tours!
Do I have to pay anything up front?
Yes, there is a $200.00 non-refundable pre-planning deposit that will enable us to create a customized itinerary and tentatively reserve a motorcoach for your group! This deposit will be applied to your trip, however you desire. This planning deposit is waived once your group has successfully booked 3 tours with Village.
How do we go about planning the Tour?
After submitting your initial form, you will be contacted by one of our Professional Tour Coordinators to discuss the details of your desired tour. Then, once the group deposit is received, we will begin designing your itinerary. This itinerary will be designed to include highlights, based on your input, best fitted for your group. You will be presented with drafts of the final itinerary for approval.up has successfully booked 3 tours with Village.
How is the price calculated?
After your itinerary is approved, we will submit pricing per person. We will do the best we can to accommodate your preferred budget, but aspects of the pricing are subject to availability and third-party vendors and are thus outside of our control.
