Itinerary

It’s the perfect time to visit colorful Colorado! See all Colorado has to offer with train rides, city tours, national parks, and float trips. The cool temperatures and fresh mountain air will make for an unforgettable adventure!

Day 1 // Colorado Springs, CO

Let's begin our tour by heading West and arriving at the Eastern edges of the majestic Rocky Mountains.

Day 2 // Colorado Springs, CO

We'll have a Gold Medal time at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum. Then it's up, up, and amazed as we ride the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, one of Colorado's most popular attractions. Finish the evening with exciting dining and entertainment at the Flying W Ranch chuckwagon dinner.

Day 3 // Canon City, CO

Today, we will discover the beauty and history of the Natural Landmark, the Gardens of the Gods. Lunch is included today as we experience beautiful highs and lows as we journey through the Royal Gorge by Railway.

Day 4 // Alamosa, CO

Today, let your adventurous side take over as we take to the river for an relaxing, scenic rafting trip. In the afternoon, we're in for a unique treat with a visit to an Alligator farm, and then end the day with a scenic view of the rolling sand in Great Sand Dunes National Park.

Day 5 // Durango, CO

All Aboard! Today, we'll be sent back in time as you travel along the tracks of the Silverton Durango Railroad. Dinner will be included this evening.

Day 6 // Montrose, CO

We will take in the beautiful scenery and the thrill of a mountain Jeep ride to the San Juan Mountains, described by some as the Outdoor recreation capitol of Colorado. Tonight we'll have dinner at a local favorite, before settling into our hotel for the night.

Day 7 // Glenwood Springs, CO

Today we'll take time to explore Black Canyon Gunnison National Park. You'll view the impressive Painted Wall Cliff and, fingers crossed, golden eagles. Then we'll see the iconic sheer-walled red rock canyons of the Colorado National Monument. Take in the towering monoliths and canyon panorama before we pay a visit to Suncrest Orchard Alpacas and Fiber Works. Learn about all that goes into running an Alpaca Farm and maybe buy yourself some alpaca wool products.

Day 8 // Silverthorne, CO

Be whisked upwards 10,000 feet on the Vail Scenic Gondola before spending free time on your own in the lovely village of Vail. Then we'll visit the charming, victorian-era mining town of Leadville. We will take some time here witnessing the grandeur of the Tabor Opera House and reliving the hopes of gold miners of yesteryear with a tour of the National Mining Hall of Fame Museum.

Day 9 // Aurora, CO

Estes Park is a visitor's paradise known for Rocky Mountain National Park, which spans the Continental Divide and features aspen trees, rivers, and vertical rock faces. Time spent here today will be part of a magnificent memory.

Day 10 // Aurora, CO

Begin the morning with a visit to the Historic Colorado Center Museum. Then, what tour of Colorado would be complete without a city tour of Denver? Be inspired by The Molly Brown House & Museum, which has been restored to its original splendor. We'll end the day with a delicious dinner surrounded by gorgeous sea life at the Aquarium Restaurant in downtown.

Day 11 // Home

We return home today with wonderful memories of our incredible visit with our stunning Colorado neighbors.
