Digital Binder access has moved to Samsara and is no longer available through this website.
Please work directly with the driver to access the required documents from the driver’s mobile device.
The driver can access the Digital Binder by opening the Samsara Driver App and selecting Permit Binder. From there, the driver can open the appropriate documents and provide them for review.
