Took a day trip to Down Stream Casino for Magnificent Monday in January. The driver Mr Shaw was on time and the drive was relaxing. We arrived on time. The weather was getting bad in Springfield and we had updates all the way back. Had a great time and will be going back again. Great company. The employees really care about the buses and the customers.

We just got back from our second trip with Village Tours. Our bus driver (David) and tour director (Darla) were both very kind, courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of, comfortable and traveling safely.

We reserved a 55 passenger motor coach to transport wedding guests from their hotel to the wedding venue 25 miles away and back to the hotel. The driver (Dale) called me the day before to double heck on the times and details an to give me his phone number. He was there on time an was very kind our polite to our guests. I am 100% satisfied!
We are getting older and it’s easier to let someone else worry about getting to where we want to go, and be there on time, we have several more trips planned with Village

Great tour bus service. Staff is by far the best around.
Our driver, Don, was not just any driver. He took our youth group from Little Rock to Gulf Shores, AL and he did so in a way that would make any professional driver look like an entry level greenhorn. Don is not a driver, he is an artist.
