New Logo, New Name. Village Rebrands.

After much anticipation, Village Travel launched a new corporate name, logo and coach graphics on July 2, 2019. The company has operated under a variety of names throughout the years – including Village Charters, Village Tours, and Village Tours & Travel. Throughout all of the changes, the word “Village” has remained consistent. Under the new branding, the company will simply be known as Village Travel.

Village has evolved significantly over the years, adding new services and locations. Ultimately, we are a company that is focused on travel – charter coaches, tour packages, travel agency services, schedule bus services and entertainer coaches. Travel is the common word that connects all of the company’s services.
The new logo was designed by Greteman Group, a well-respected marketing firm in Wichita, KS. According to the designer, “This simple, memorable mark represents moving forward on a new adventure. The line (or road) draws you into the V-shape and denotes a path or journey you take when traveling. Crisp and modern, the symbol conveys professionalism and cleanliness. The blue triangle nestled in the center of the V suggests the reward or surprise you receive when you travel.”

Village Travel has begun reimaging its fleet of more than 130 coaches, and the process should be complete by mid-October.The rebranding comes in time for the opening of a new corporate headquarters scheduled to open in mid-October in Wichita, KS. The new 46,000 square-foot building will better accommodate the growing company and the many services that it offers. Currently, Village Travel operates in seven locations throughout Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri. The company employees nearly 400 people, and will celebrate 40 years in business next year.

The entire staff and ownership at Village Travel would like to thank all of their loyal customers and invite them to keep traveling with them for years to come!
