Crystal Bridges

Tour Overview

We start the day at Sassafras Springs Vineyard, settling in for a relaxed lunch paired with a guided wine tasting among the Ozark hillside vines. Next we head to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, where a guide leads us through galleries spanning five centuries of American masterworks before we set out on our own to explore the Bachman-Wilson House — a Frank Lloyd Wright-designed residence relocated piece-by-piece to the museum grounds. We close the day at The Walmart Museum, tracing Sam Walton’s original five-and-dime store into the story of the world’s largest retailer, before boarding the coach for home.

Some tour days are longer than others but move at a consistent pace. Passengers should be able to easily climb a flight of stairs, stand for short periods of time and walk for reasonable distances, possibly over uneven terrain (cobblestones, gravel, etc).
