Some tour days are longer than others but move at a consistent pace. Passengers should be able to easily climb a flight of stairs, stand for short periods of time and walk for reasonable distances, possibly over uneven terrain (cobblestones, gravel, etc).

Itinerary

Day 1 // Overland Park, KS
Fabric fanatics, this one’s for you — three unhurried days of bolt-browsing and pattern-hunting through the Kansas City area’s best-loved quilt shops, capped with a behind-the-scenes look at the largest public quilt collection in the world.
Day 2 // Overland Park, KS
A full day is ours to hop from shop to shop, comparing bolts, swapping notions, and chasing down that one perfect fat quarter. Lunch is included this afternoon before we’re back at it, needle-and-thread treasures piling up in every bag.
Day 3 // Lincoln, NE
We travel north to Lincoln for a morning of quilt shopping before something truly special: a behind-the-scenes tour of the International Quilt Museum, home to the largest publicly held quilt collection in the world. Founded in 1997 when Nebraskans Ardis and Robert James donated their own 1,000-quilt collection to the University of Nebraska, the museum now holds pieces from more than 60 countries dating back to the 1700s. This evening, dinner comes with a show at Show Stoppers Family Restaurant, Lincoln’s beloved home of the singing servers.
Day 4 // Home
We point the coach south for home until the next stitch calls us back on the road!
