Tour Overview
We start the morning with a sweet stop at Russell Stover Candies in Abilene for shopping and samples straight off the production line. From there, we tour Hildebrand Farms Dairy learning how the family bottles its own milk. After an included lunch, we roll into Alma — home to Grandma Hoerner’s, where jars of apple butter and salsa come right off the factory floor for shopping, and the Plaza of the Flint Hills’ own Alma Creamery, where the squeaky cheese curds are made fresh daily and perfect for an afternoon tasting.

Some tour days are longer than others but move at a consistent pace. Passengers should be able to easily climb a flight of stairs, stand for short periods of time and walk for reasonable distances, possibly over uneven terrain (cobblestones, gravel, etc).
