Itinerary

Day 1 // Santa Rosa, NM

Our classic motorcoach adventure to see the famous Rose Parade gets underway today. Travel to the scenic Southwest to start the journey.

Day 2 // Flagstaff, AZ

We’ll resume our travels this morning, stopping for lunch along the way. Travel through the Land of Enchantment today and arrive in Arizona for a tour of the Petrified Forest and the Painted Desert. With one of the world’s largest and most colorful concentrations of petrified wood, multi-hued badlands of the Painted Desert, historic structures, archaeological sites, and displays of 225 million year old fossils, this is a surprising land of scenic wonders and fascinating science.

Day 3 // Lake Havasu City, AZ

In the heart of Arizona, we find blue skies, clear water…and the London Bridge! This beautiful structure was built from the actual bricks of the dismantled old London Bridge, and is now the most visited built attraction in Arizona. See the unique resort town of Lake Havasu City, where the sun shines 300 days a year! Dinner is served this evening.

Day 4 // Los Angeles, CA

We arrive to the Golden State today. Pay your respects to the Gipper at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. Included in the museum is the Air Force One that flew him and six other presidents, as well as presidential limousines and Marine One.

Day 5 // Los Angeles, CA

Early this morning we get an exciting sneak peek into the final decorating of the famous Rose Parade floats as they are prepped for the big day tomorrow. Marvel at the millions of blooms captured and arranged in intricate designs by the creative geniuses responsible for the floats. Our last evening of 2025 will include a special New Year’s Eve dinner at a favorite Italian fine dining restaurant.

Day 6 // Los Angeles, CA

Happy New Year! See color unlike any witnessed on a television screen this morning as we take our seats to watch the Rose Parade, live. Then, lights, camera, action! Tour the Warner Brothers Studio this afternoon, walking in the footsteps of stars from Rin Tin Tin to Humphrey Bogart, Elizabeth Taylor to Mel Gibson. Learn about the science and art of special effects, browse through costumes, and see how the magic comes alive at one of the biggest studios ever.

Day 7 // Flagstaff, AZ

We are back on the road heading east, enjoying the scenery changes as we travel from desert to mountains. Enjoy an included dinner this evening.

Day 8 // Albuquerque, NM

Once in Albuquerque, we will pay a visit to the Turquoise Museum to learn more about this iconic southwest gemstone. The museum’s rich repository of turquoise specimens from over one hundred mines, educations, and histories make it a must see.

Day 9 // Amarillo, TX

Visit the Albuquerque Balloon Museum this morning. Featuring exhibits recounting ballooning in history through war, recreation, and scientific discovery, this museum is a must when in the area. After lunch, continue to Amarillo, and keep watch for the famous Amarillo sunset as our final full day of the tour comes to a close.
